Chris Goodale has been with Capital Transfer Agency Inc. since June 2007. He began as
a co-op student from George Brown College and has remained with Capital while finishing his degree at Ryerson University.
His duties include the following:
- Accounts Receivables/Payables,
- Billing,
- Bookkeeping,
- CUSIP Requests,
- Proxy Tabulation,
- Opening New Client Accounts,
- Annual Meeting Planning, and
- Subscripiton Reciepts organization

Sandra Presnail has been operations manager and signing officer with Capital since 2007.
Sandra's securities background includes working for Merrill Lynch, Francis I Dupont, Wood-Gundy (Canmort), Royal Bank of Canada and Dominion Securities Inc. in the administrative capacity.
She manages the following:
- transferring and issuance of shares, warrants and rights offerings,
- client inquiries,
- shareholder/broker inquiries,
- escrow releases,
- Record Management, and
- Inventory

Danielle Cavalcante was previously working in the investor relations field and since joining Capital Transfer Agency Inc. in January 2008 has been expanding her knowledge of the financial industry.
Her duties include the following:
- processing, transferring, and issuance of shares, warrants and rights offerings,
- client inquiries,
- shareholder/broker inquiries,
- escrow releases,
- scrutineering Annual Meetings and Special Meetings,
- proxy tabulation, and
- Annual Meeting Planning
