Gary Cripps has over 30 years experience in the Financial Services Sector. Gary brings to Capital Transfer Agency Inc. expertise developed through his roles in Accounting, Trading, Client Services, and Compliance.
Gary has achieved certification as CCO and PDO through the Canadian Securities Insitute, and is an associate of the International Corporate Secretarial Association.
Gary is also responsible for Corporate Governance and Compliance within the Capital group of companies.

Peter Lindemann has over 40 years experience in the Trust /Transfer Industry. He was the president of Equity Transfer Services Inc., and was a manager and became an Assistant Vice–President during his time with Montreal Trust Co. for twenty years.
AFL Capital Ventures Inc. purchased all of the issued and outstanding equity securities of EquityTransfer Services Inc. in May 2004.

Mr. Ankcorn received an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1978 and became a Certified Management Accountant in 1983.
